Changing world

How much does the world we sense change
between the time that we usually celebrate
three hundred and sixty-five (365) days
Will there be more love in my heart
after fifty-two (52) weeks
will I find myself watching the rockets in a chilly air
handsome silhouette next to me?
Is short thirteen (13) month cycles enough to fill my innermost
with a new warm power towards the future

I change,
but fortunately I don't have to do it alone.
At least the world is changing with me.
